Zlín's Philharmonic orchestra is located in the House of Culture. It was founded in 1946. The 80 member orchestra is one of the leading Czech symphony orchestras. It holds serial concerts of symphonic, chamber and pipe organ music as well as concerts for students. It stages annual reviews of young concert musicians called Talentium, Zlín Music Spring, and has held conductor courses since 1991.
